Hemant Bajaj leads the business development activities at Extencore. He has more than 10 years of experience in engineering and technology. He led consulting assignments and managed strategic technology initiatives at Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase. After obtaining his MBA from the University of Chicago GSB, Hemant worked in Investment Banking, covering the manufacturing & technology sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Pune and a Master of Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago.

Sundaram Rout
Engineering Manager

Sundaram has been associated with product engineering design and simulation for a long time. He has worked on vehicle suspension system design and manufacturing and is a pro at mechanical element designing using UTS software (Universal Technical System, Inc), TK Solver for mathematical modeling, Rule Master, Advanced Spring design and Integrated Gear Software for gear analysis. Sundaram is also well versed with optimizing engine design parameters by Virtual Topology, Automotive Concept Modeling, Global Adaptivity and Probabilistic Design.

Sundaram is credited with imparting training to 180 professors in more than 38 colleges all over India on ANSYS products. Some of the reputed colleges whose curriculum Sundaram has enhanced include Banaras Hindu University, IIT Powai, NIT Warangal, NIT Rourkela, Army Institute of Technology, Government College Pune and SGITS Indore.

Dr. Marc Cremer
Director of German Operations

Dr. Marc Cremer is a pioneer in the world of information technology. He graduated from the George-August University, Germany, and obtained his Masters degree from the Technical University of Berlin. Dr. Cremer earned a Ph.D. from Humbold University, Berlin. He is an expert in project planning, utilizing information technology.

Marc brings to Extencore over 20 years of software experience and an extensive familiarity with outsourcing processes. Dr Cremer has successfully managed technology organizations, both in India and in Germany, and has a sensitive understanding of the global development model. He provides valuable direction to Extencore customers.

Farzin Irani
Engineering Manager

Farzin Irani is responsible for engineering project execution and adapting latest market trends & implementing them, to keep Extencore ahead in the Information Technology Revolution. Farzin has spent four years successfully completing projects on Structural Analysis and Weight Optimization of overhead cranes, thermal and modal analysis of forging dies, disk brakes and crank shafts in CAE.

Farzin has also completed various CAD projects like assembly and drafting of smoke tube and water tube boilers, assembly of disk brakes, modeling of IC engine parts, modeling and assembly of independent suspension swing arm, modeling and assembly of sugar crushing mill and various SPMs.

Naazneen Boocha
Business Head

Naazneen Boocha is responsible for project delivery and managing the technical group within Extencore. Along with her extensive technical and management experience, Naazneen epitomizes a rare combination of practicality and efficiency. She has spent the last 15 years managing development teams and fosters effective collaboration between divisions and departments, while establishing responsibilities and procedures for attaining project objectives. Naazneen’s vast exposure to international development practices plays a significant role in delivering the high standards of quality that Extencore clients expect.

Umeed Kothavala
Director of Operations

Umeed Kothavala holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, USA. He is the key executive manager for Extencore’s Indian operations. Umeed provides Extencore with long term vision and strategic business thinking. His passion for optimizing opportunities within the changes in technology and consulting landscape has evolved into a unique style of management.
